unlike most people i'm sure, what i do is create a couple patterns and record live. in the early versions, i could mute more than one track without un-muting all the rest with a quick double click. this is not true anymore, i have to wait a beat before i mute a second track or else they will all become unmuted due to the double click feature. do i have to downgrade and throw away all the features that have been added in the past few years or is there a way i can disable this? |

Either double-click on the oscilloscopes or enable the "Rename tracks only from the mixer" option in the MT config to remove the delay when you click on a track label.

good to meet you man, nice work;)
unfortunately i don't think i worded the question correctly. sometimes i need to un-mute multiple tracks quickly before the pattern loops for instance, and currently if i click more than one oscilliscope too quickly it un-mutes all tracks, i think there used to be a shorter buffer on the time than the current mt version. anyway, i guess i can just switch to using the "on" button within the tracks in the mixer to mute and un-mute tracks at my leisure. |
