Disable IRC beeping noises		 Reply with quote
Since upgrading to 2.6, I hear a beeping noise every time I get an IRC message (including when people join or leave.) This is a lot of beeps! Is there a way to disable this behavior?

This is a known bug. It'll be fixed in the next minor update.
