Strange things while MIDI exporting! |

I understand how to export a MIDI file. But when I import the new MIDI files I've made in MT into Cubase, strange things happen. Notes appear from out of nowhere, somethings are inverted, some notes are sticking when looking at the file graph.
Can someone tell me how I could "clean" up my MT file before I export it to cubase could it will read better. BTW: both Cubase LE and MT are working flawlessly besides this.
