You can use the EDx command on some notes to delay those notes by an amount ( x ) of time

the higher the number the more swing...

Example :
4 16th notes :

1-
2- ED2
3-
4- ED2

and so on...

Also you can alternate the ticks of your track to constantly change the tempo, use it in the same way as above :

1- F06
2- F08
3- F06
4- F08

You can check the help within madtacker ( F1 ) for more info.

Isn't there a plugin that shuffles the sound a bit humanized around? Sounds akward (retriggering the sound before (!) or after it has been triggered), but who knows?

@Inge: How about Smartelectonix KTGranulator vst-effect. As far as I know it has an option to randomize the order of a played sample by using granular synthesis. I dont know if this would be the best way but at least it is an option. Smile

hmm, the manual talks about the humanisator only working with VST MIDI information and not the actual sound. Not sure if MadTracker handles this. Anyone?

I don't think madtracker does, it works with audio but not with note data...
