Hey-
Every time I try to export a song into .ogg, I get an error message saying "invalid bitrate parameters. I, not having any knowledge or this stuff, tried some simple stuff to try and fix it, poured over the help file, and still have the same problem. The weird thing is, I didn't have this problem a month ago, and I can't remember changing anything.

See if you playback rate is set to 44.1 kHz before exporting.
