At least some of the effects don't seem to work with plugins...? |

Can you be a bit more specific? Which effects, and does this apply to all plugins or just some? |

I'm afraid I can't be very specific at the moment. I was thinking of effects in general (the "normal" effects, not the track FX) and plugins in general. At least some of the effects don't seem to work with plugins (glissando, vibrato, volume control...). I was just wondering if this is a general and known problem or if I need to do more research on it myself. |

See under the heading 'Using VST instrument effect row'. There is a limited number of effects you can apply to vst instruments.

Aha! Thanks a lot. |

Too much limited use of effects.
It's a pity that we cannot use effects inside the tracks.
It's beacuse of that I use a lot of VSTeffects, and only 1 or 2 VSTinstruments. I like to "dominate" the instrument

You can always export your vst sounds and make instruments. But it's a hassle so I've never done it.. |
