i think you can load it up just as any other vsti - for a brief refresher for it check out http://www.madtracker.org/documents/vst.xml.
how to work with it is a different question, but that's why are these cuties shipped with manuals  |

Just load it in as an ordinary VST plugin.
There's though some bug or something that makes MT2 impossible to save the internal EZDrummer mixer settings... :/
