* Timestretch, reverse, reorder and remix your sounds by visually redrawing their timeline. * Apply one of 20 different nondestructive MangleFX to the spectrum of the sound. These will let you do vocoding, frequency shifting and scaling, robotizing, hybridizing and more! * Import images (in .BMP) and convert them to sounds. Export a .WAV file as a .BMP and re-import the .BMP to get back the original sound. Now you can visually edit the spectrum of a sound on a PC. * Morph between two sources * Use up to 256 partials (partials are the basic components of any sound) per voice. * Utilize a full FX section - Phaser, Chorus/Flanger/Delay and Distortion/Wavewarper. * Modulate your sounds using time-syncable envelopes that can also be used as LFO's.
EVE ONE is a sample-based synthesizer designed to reproduce vintage electronic sounds and is the easiest and quickest way to take advantage of the DashSound library. A free version with a reduced sample library is also available.
EVE ONE is one of the most powerful and simple virtual instrument ever created aimed to reproduce vintage sounds. EVE One has been designed to provide you a high sound quality, thanks to the industry standard vintage sample library available for EVE, a very low CPU overhead and an extremely easy to set-up instruments.
EVE ONE has been designed by experienced musicians and software developers, to provide the playability of an hardware synthesizer supporting natively the expression pedal, the after-touch and the modulation wheel controls, and giving the maximum efficiency and the maximum sound quality at the same time!
One of the most amazing features of this synthesizer is, aside the sound quality of the DashSound library, is the power of setting up the instruments in seconds. Sometimes musicians and producers require a very well known sound, and browsing through thousand of presets is a painful process. Despite its simplicity EVE ONE can be set-up in seconds by selecting the sound you want and the sampler set-up using the SoundWizard feature.
The SoundWizard simply sets up all the parameters of the insturment in one click to approximate the sound you want, and then with some minor adjustments you will get the right sound! Sounds too easy? It is! EVE One is more than a sample player. It offers a dedicated DSP section containing several vintage sounding effects such as a multimode overdrive/bit degrader, a 4 stages phaser, a tremolo and an a musically tuned multimode echo unit.
Emulation of THE synth monster from back in the days, the almighty PPG WAVE. It's basically a synth with digital (wavetable) oscillators and analogue filters. Watch out, there's even a red version of this which makes use of the Waldorf AFB16, an analogue filterbank which works like a plugin per USB.
String Theory is a flexible, delay based, physical modeling synth which is capable of a very wide range of plucked strings, atmospheric pads and ambiences, and unique hybrid synth sounds.
Experimentation is encourraged as it will likely lead you to sounds you may not have expected this synth to make.
String Theory also offers dual phrase arpeggiators. Each arp has its own speed, gate, and octave controls; which allows for far more complex patterns than the average arp and can also help better simulate guitar finger picking.

Ambient texture generator. It's based on a dual synthesis engine (1 substractive oscillator + 2 wave players), completed with several randomization options and a battery of built-in effects. It also features a good set of 24 presets.
* Dual synthesis architecture. The sound is generated by the conjunction of 1 subtractive oscillator (7 waveforms) and 2 WAV files with samples from real solar sounds. * Wave loading option. The users can substitute the 2 internal waves (SOLAR MODES) their favourite .WAV files. * Randomization capabilities. The sampled waves (SOLAR MODES) pass through three consecutive note-sequencers (MUSIK, GROOVE and VARIATIONS), which reproduce MIDI patterns that can be combined in several ways. The subtractive oscillator (HELIOS HEARTBEAT) features also its own 3 self-generative modes of randomization, called QUANTA, VOICES and MULTIPLIER. * Built in effects. The synth has a bank of selectable send effects, which includes chorus, delay, random and filter, and another 4-Mode filter (Lo Pass, High Pass, Band Pass, Band Reject) completes the signal path after the master out. * 3 note polyphonic. * Completely automatable via MIDI CC. * Includes 24 Factory Presets to give and idea of the potential of the synth. * Moderate CPU use (+-20% Athlon 1200).
* Realtime, Polyphonic, Multi-timbral synthesizer. * Microtonal capabilities with any scale, any number of notes per octave (up to 127) and keymapping.
* 3 synthesizer engines:
ADsynth" or "ADnote" is a complex engine which makes sounds by adding a number of voices. Each one has filters, envelopes, LFOs, morphing, modulation (Ring Modulation, Phase Modulation, the modulators can have any shape), resonance, etc. Each voice includes a very powerful waveform generator with up to 128 sine/nonsine harmonics. This engine includes antialiasing.
"SUBsynth" or "SUBnote" is a simpler engine which allows you to make sounds by subtraction of harmonics of sounds from white noise.
"PADsynth" or "PADnote") makes beautiful pads and other instruments.
* Instruments can be organized in kits, which allows you to make drum kits or layered (mixed) instruments; this makes it possible to use more than one instrument for a single part. It is possible to choose what items from the kit should be processed by the Part's effects.
* Effects: Reverb, Echo, Chorus/Flange, Phaser, AlienWah (a kind of vocal morpher), Distortion (Waveshaping), EQ, DynamicFilter.
* The effects can behave as System Effects or as Insert Effects; this allows you to use many effects at the same time. You can put any insert effect on any part (or more insert effects to same parts, if you like) or you can put the insert effect to Master output. Also, you can have instrument's effect (that is saved with the instrument). * Filters up to 60dB/octave (or more); filters can be analogue (LPF,HPF, BPF,etc.), formant (advanced formant filters) and state variable (SVF). * Envelopes can have ADSR (or ASR, etc.) modes or can be free modes (with any shape). * Many settings have a "randomness" option; this produces a very pleasant effect (like analogue synths or natural instruments that can't produces exactly same sound twice). * Intuitive and easy to use User Interface. * MIDI support (supports many controllers) and (if you want) JACK support. * Virtual Keyboard. * It is free, licensed under version 2 of the GNU General Public License.
